Crunchy rice with choice of one topping of any available stews.

Dolmeh

Homemade stuffed grape leaves with ground beef, rice, tarragon, split peas, green onion, basil, parsley, and herbs.

Kashk O'Budejoon

Fried and cooked eggplant with a topping of kashk (yogurt based topping) and mint.

Maast O'Kheeyar

Yogurt mixed with cucumber and mint

Salmon Kabob

Alaskan salmon kabob, served w/Sabzi Polo (basmati rice with dill)

Chicken Boneless

Boneless chuncks of chicken breast skewered and charbroiled served with charbroiled tomatoes and steamed basmati rice.

Allbaloo Polo/Sour Cherry Rice

Seasoned, baked chicken (dark meat only) served with sweet and sour cherry and steamed basmati rice.

Barg Kabob

Marinated and pounded beef tenderloin charbroiled served with charbroiled tomatoes, and steamed basmati rice.

Lamb Chops

Marinated lamb chops skewered and charbroiled served with charbroiled tomatoes, and steamed basmati rice.

Baklava

Layers of flour, honey, rosewater, and pistachios pasted together

Persian Rosewater Ice

Rice noodles (very beneficial to the digestive system), sugar, rosewater, add a splash of lime or lemon to experience this heavenly natural dessert.
